Place KM003C between the charger and your device, then connect its PC USB port to this computer.
Use a USB-capable browser such as Chrome / Edge on a computer. Starting opens the device chooser.

Your first look at USB PD
What is USB PD?
USB Power Delivery lets a charger and phone or computer agree on voltage and current. PD-Interpreter turns that exchange into a conversation you can read.
Which logs can I open?
Open KM003C / CY4500 PD CSV, records.jsonl, or PowerChecker JSON backups. Voltage/current-only CSV contains no conversation. Files must be 25 MB or smaller.
Do the numbers mean actual charging power?
The conversation negotiates power. Requested power is different from actual consumption. A complete sequence counts request, accept and ready notifications, not a charging performance verdict. Open Display settings to inspect the original traffic.
